Our Approach

To get started we’ll arrange a time to meet - this will give us a chance to understand your requirements. A perfect time to discuss ideas, options, and answer any questions you may have.
Project details
After an initial meeting we’ll write up a quote which will give some details of design options, materials, timelines and costs. We could also show you around some of our previous projects to give you a sense of what to expect.
Planning
We can recommend architects and structural surveyors who will be able to manage and advise on all building control processes, planning permissions and drawing up your plans. These services are not part of our package - you can, of course, use your own architect and surveyor if preferred.
Schedule
With plans in place, party wall agreements, and any necessary planning approvals in place, we will work with you to detail the specification of works, agree a project timeline and confirm a date for work to begin on site.
Work begins on site
To ensure our team can personally manage each job and maintain a high quality of work, we run a limited amount of projects concurrently. We will invite you to review the progress of work by regularly meeting and sharing updates, photos of the project build.
